Label Rewinder

2nd or 3rd Shift. 2+ yrs. Arpeco or Rotoflex rewind or other basic machine operation experience desired. Basic mechanical aptitude & manual dexterity required.

Detailed Description- Candidate must demonstrate consistency entering the inputs & outputs that control and document the shipping and receiving actions. This position is responsible for providing consistent outputs of the shipping and receiving process to the necessary stakeholders.

Essential Duties

1. Read, review and understand production orders.
2. Set up delivery & pick up appointments per stakeholder guidelines
3. Process inbound paperwork (receivables).
4. Preform reconciliation of production orders and forward accurate deliverables to concerned parties.
5. File freight claims when necessary (lost or damaged shipments).
6. Monitor, verify, and track all shipments (including WIP).
7. Assist in ongoing and new projects to improve efficiencies in the department.
8. Maintain a safe and productive workspace.
9. Hours 10:00am ? 6:00 pm

Qualifications/Requirements- Minimum of two years' experience in a shipping environment.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and well organized; capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Team-member mentality with excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office software

• High school diploma
